At Boulder’s Natural Animal Hospital we wag our tails at every opportunity to be active members of our community, both local and global. In fact, we even made it part of our Mission Statement!
Since our change in ownership in 2010 we’ve been involved in a wide variety of great events such as:
- Teaching Veterinary Medicine to Bou Scouts at the annual Boy Scout Merit Badge University
- Hosting Doggie Massage Days
- Hosting a Pampered Pooch Spaw Day to benefit World Vets and their efforts to rescue and treat animals after the tsunami in Japan
- Organizing a Continuing Education for veterinary professionals on handling procedures for anxious pets that was attended by over 80 vets, technicians and staff from around the State!
- Participating in the annual 9 Pet Check and providing FREE physical exams and rabies vaccines to pets who come from families in need around Colorado
- Hosting a DOGA (Doggie Yoga) event to benefit the Humane Society of Boulder Valley
- Participating in the Battle of the Vet Hospital Stars to benefit Pet Aid, a veterinary hospital attached to the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association that provides low-cost veterinary care to families in need
- Raising money to benefit Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge in New Jersey and their efforts to care for animals in need after the hurricane on the East Coast
- Hosting dozens of children’s groups from local schools and organizations on guided tours through our hospital as well as providing one-on-one question and answer time with a real veterinarian
