Our philosophy at Boulder’s Natural Animal is to provide the highest level of medical care, and compassion possible for your pets.
For us, this translates into a thorough initial examination of your animal. The ability to examine your pet in a kind and understanding way allows us to provide your animal with the best possible care. Typically these appointments last from 25 to 50 minutes and many times the need exists for follow-up visits, either for acupuncture or other forms of therapy.
Educational Materials may be provided during the initial appointment(s) as well as educational talks if time allows, during this first appointment. Please click on the following links for more information as well as to download new client forms to fill out prior to your appointment.

PAYMENT AND CREDIT CARD POLICY:
Payment is expected at the time of service. If other arrangements need to be made, please inform the staff before you incur any expenses. We are a small, private business. It is our desire to try to keep the costs of medical care for your pet reasonable. Because we are a small practice, we do not have the option of providing credit or payment plans. We do take: cash, checks, VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER as forms of payment.
A credit card number is required to hold an appointment spot first time clients scheduling for the extended or very extended cancer consultation. These appointments are between 50 and 90 minutes long, respectively and are sought after appointment slots. Please remember that if you cannot make your appointment, you MUST cancel within 24 hours or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS:
The courtesy of a 24-hour prior notice before canceling an appointment is requested.
As mentioned in the above section, new clients seeing the doctor for a 50 minute or 90 minute appointment will be charged for the appointment if we are not provided with a notice of 24 hours or more.
