I was born and raised in Boulder where I went to Fairview High School (Go Knights!), and then ventured out of state to attend University of Notre Dame (Go Irish!) for undergrad where I received a degree in Chemical Engineering. After graduating, I worked for three years in biopharma in South San Francisco doing oncology research and drug development before taking the plunge into getting my DVM degree. I loved working in research, but I finally decided to follow my childhood dream of being a veterinarian to combine my passions for both science and animals.
I was fortunate to get accepted to Colorado State University (Go Rams!) where I received my DVM degree in 2023. I am thrilled to be returning to Boulder to serve the community that I grew up in. I have a strong interest in personalized veterinary care, preventative medicine, and especially love soft tissue surgery.
In my free time, I love spending time in the outdoors going hiking, camping, and relaxing with my husband and our two dogs.
